That article is very very scary. I already thought she was surprisingly unqualified, but I hadn't realised how bad it is.

At this moment, the News at 10 is telling me the markets are in meltdown. Is this really a woman we want to risk having executive powers over the American (and therefore the world's) economy? Shame I can't do anything about it.

Bah. I reckon this counts as grounds for righteous anger...!

Also, I reckon McCain suspending his campaign (and being the one to make the call, according to the news, rather than Obama) will have bumped his credibility a lot.

A (very unscientific) poll I took on CNN this morning suggested that the overwhelming majority of people think that is just a political gimmick. For once the people see through the talk! *gasp*

She is a very, very scary woman. I would not like to see her have any sort of real power over decisions which might affect me. Even so, I find I have developed a sort of morbid fascination with her. Half the reason I watch the news these days (especially the Daily Show) is just to find out what she'll say/do next.
